for both.Anyway, we report in some cases that frequently
may be significant:
1) Objects and
their owners live in adjacent areas:
this is a common case, or if the person (and its object
that wants to sell) residing in the provinces or in
adjacent areas of Prato, Florence and Pistoia.In this
circumstance, Poliforme shall make payment in the manner
most suitable to you (via pre-arranged), or, conversely,
you'll pay a commission, in the case where Poliforme
performs the only function of agent or intermediary
(for example, if the object remains incubation in your
home).
2) Sale
of items from a distance; here we find 2 cases:
Case A)
is to send to the place of Poliforme objects (max size
1m x 1m x 1m/50Kg) through SDA Italian Post Office (or
other courier). The cost is borne by the sender .It
will be refunded after the sale set percentage of the
amount sold.
Case B)
Case B is the mediating or Poliforme will only function
as an agent for distance selling. In this circumstance,
Poliforme disclaims all liability regarding the article
in question and will seek only the brokerage and the
corresponding percentages (stipulated through pre-agreements).
If the object does not fall to limitations provided
by law, will be ignored. In this kind of trading still
hold most the rules cited in the previous case, or it
is necessary contacts between the parties to build their
